Update: PA Decennial Report

On January 15, 2021, the state of Pennsylvania issued postcard alerts giving notice to businesses regarding the upcoming filing requirements for the PA Decennial report. This report confirms the continued existence of entities registered in the state of Pennsylvania and is required every ten years. Failure to file a decennial report between January 1st and December 31st, 2021 could result in forfeiture of exclusive use of the organization’s business name in the state of Pennsylvania.
