New Client Portal

Siegfried Advisory (SA) is excited to announce that we have invested in your client experience with us with the introduction of our new client portal!  We have partnered with a software company called Avii to improve your client experience and the way you interact with your team at Siegfried Advisory. Avii is a workspace that allows streamlined collaboration between you and your Siegfried Advisory team. You will notice a few dashboards that we will use together. Below is a brief overview of the features:   Projects – You will see the list of projects we have been engaged by you to perform. Team – you will see the list of SA team members that work with you on the various projects. Document Request Lists (DRL) – this is where you will be able to load your tax documents and/or workpapers that you would have traditionally sent via email and/or physical mail. You will now see something similar to “2021 Tax Workpapers” location and be able to upload those documents. Documents - this is where you can upload documents that aren’t requested in the DRL   What is going to happen next:   1. You should be receiving an email from Siegfried Advisory (powered by Avii) that your account has been activated.  Please click on the link to verify your email address and return to the Avii login.You will be prompted to change your password upon initial login. 2. Upon logging into Avii, the first thing we would like for you to do is set up your notification settings. Hover over the Bell icon in the upper left corner of the screen next to the Home icon

Please make sure the Notifications is toggled to On
Next choose your email Frequency - we recommend “Daily” which will compile all notifications to one email per day. If you prefer to receive notifications as they are sent, select “Immediately”
The list gives you options of what to include in the following types of notifications. Please choose how you prefer to receive the notifications. We recommend that you at least receive them in push & email format.Push: only in the application these will show up in the Bell icon and in your notification dashboardEmail: these notifications will be emailed out daily (or immediately if chosen)SMS: these notifications will be sent via text message if your phone number is entered into the system   Once your notifications are set up you should be in good shape to interact with us and get notifications as we interact with you through Avii.   The Siegfried Advisory team will provide copies of your finalized deliverables, such as tax returns, financial statements, organizers, etc., in the Documents area under the applicable year. Please be sure to review these items as they arrive for any action items, such as items that require mailing by you, payments, etc.   If you have any questions during this setup process and would like to participate in a Zoom Training Session or as you begin using Avii, please email  [email protected] and we are happy to assist you!
